Le Théâtre du Risorius, which was founded in 1987 in the Yonne region, in Burgundy, has been acknowledged for its well-established experience in creating and presenting theatre productions, and in performing arts education, especially for the younger audience.The company also became well-known for its experience in arts education

For many years, it has sought to spread performing culture, and to bring new audiences closer to theatre experience, through a number of projects pursued in rural as well as in urban and suburban areas.

To achieve this goal, and in order to reach out for a new audience, we have gradually developed our own mobile structures (big top, caravan, bus, lorry), which allow us to stretch out to anywhere in France, as well as abroad, for our own projects or to share common events with others.
